We allow orders to be picked up at our facility in Hyattsville, MD. For these orders we need orders to be placed 24 hours in advanced of expected pick up date. Pick ups are only available Monday--Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. If you need outside hours please contact customerservice@topqualitydogfood.com to make an appointment. Appointments need to be made 72 hours before your expected pick up so we can schedule in outside hours.
