Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy

Cancellations

Top Quality Dog Food, LLC reserves the right to charge a $5.00 cancellation fee to cancel an order. The $5.00 fee is associated with the restocking of goods. TQDF will not charge the cancellation fees for canceled orders due to our truck not arriving at a pickup location or a package that does not arrive via UPS or FedEx.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Email support@tqdf.com to submit a claim. We will require the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of damages, missing, or incorrect items
  • Photo(s) of damage, incorrect items – must include product(s) related to the claim with visible label(s)

All claims need to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the customer contacts us after 24 hours of the delivered date, all damaged goods are solely the customer’s responsibility. We will not be able to process any claim without the above information.

Returns/Refunds

Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. All sales are final.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges of products. All sales are final.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. All shipping charges are final.

Sale items

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
