Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please email us at customerservice@topqualitydogfood.com.

Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. All sales are final.

For customers that pick up at our designated pick up locations we do offer exchanges. Before you exchange a product, please make sure that:

  • You contacted customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product in still in the same condition as received and is frozen.

Exchanged products must be brought to your pick up location and given to our delivery team. We will not accept non-frozen exchanges. Exchanges are not valid for UPS customers.

Shipping charges

We do not charge for exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All shipping charges are final.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at customerservice@topqualitydogfood.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Receipt of product is based on the date the order was sent for our local pick ups and the date UPS or FedEx delivers the package. If a friend picks an order up for you make sure they notify customer service of any damages. If we do not have a response after 24 hours of the delivered date all damage goods are solely the customer’s responsibility.
