Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy

Cancellations

Top Quality Dog Food, LLC reserves the right to charge a $5.00 fee to cancel an order. The $5.00 fee is associated with the restocking of goods. TQDF will not charge the cancellation fees for canceled orders due to our truck not arriving at pickup locations or a package that does not arrive via UPS.

Returns/Refunds

Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. All sales are final.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges of products. All sales are final.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. All shipping charges are final.

Damaged or missing items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at customerservice@topqualitydogfood.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. The receipt of the product is based on the date the order was sent for our local pickups, and the date UPS or FedEx delivers the package. If a friend picks an order up for you, make sure they notify customer service of any damages. If we do not respond after 24 hours of the delivered date, all damaged goods are solely the customer’s responsibility.
