Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please email us at email@example.com.
Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. All sales are final.
For customers that pick up at our designated pick up locations we do offer exchanges. Before you exchange a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 2 days
- The product in still in the same condition as purchased and frozen
Exchanged products must be brought to your pick up location and given to our delivery drivers. We will not accept damaged or non-frozen exchanges. Exchanges are not valid for UPS customers.
We do not charge for exchanges.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the product.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only regular price items can be refunded.
