It makes shopping and checking out easier if you are signed in to your account. To sign in, hover over "My Account" and click on "Log In". Enter your email address and password for "Returning Customer". If you do not have an account please create one.
To shop, hover over "Shop Now" to view all of our protein categories. Click on either category to begin shopping. A faster way to get to your desired product is to do a quick search by entering the product name in the search bar located at the top left corner of each page. All ground products and some whole products require a variation (option) to be selected. Select your variation, enter the quantity you want and select "Add to Cart". For example: Beef HVM has three variations--5 pound, 2 pound and 1 pound size options--select the size (variation) that you want, enter the quantity of rolls and select add to cart. This will add the product with the correct roll size to your shopping cart.
Once your shopping cart is full, click "Checkout". This will open the checkout page. See below for each shipping method's ordering information.
There is no ordering deadline for home delivery via UPS--we just ask that you give us at least 24 business hours to get your order processed for shipping. For example if you place an order on Sunday please allow until Tuesday to ship the order. In some cases we can get an order out the same day if it is received before 11:00 am EST. However, please keep in mind that we only ship Monday--Wednesday and this depends on which shipping zone you are in. Anything past zone 2 will ship only on Mondays. Help figuring out your shipping zone, please email us at email@example.com with your mailing zip-code.
When selecting your items for shipping, keep in mind, whole products use more space in our coolers. Generally speaking, we can put 30 pounds of a whole product in one of our coolers. If you are interested in more, your order will require multiple cases. For ground products, we can fit 60 pounds in each cooler--twelve 5 pound rolls, thirty 2 pound rolls and sixty 1 pound rolls. At the checkout page, please make sure you select UPS as your shipping method. You can ignore the pick up locations above the selection for UPS.

When an order is submitted for one of our delivery points please allow some time for us to process your order. We only process orders for the most relevant delivery. For example: if your expected delivery is in 30 days from when you submitted your order, we will not start to process your order until 10 days prior to your delivery date--you may not receive your final invoice until 2 or 3 days prior to your actual delivery date. All orders are processed on location basis--we process our larger locations first and the smaller ones last. So, if you get your order in before deadline you may--depending on your location size--receive your final invoice a day or two before the actual delivery date. If you have not received your invoice within 24 hours of your expected delivery please do not hesitate to contact us by firstname.lastname@example.org.
