An event every week that begins at 8:00am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating indefinitely

We allow orders to be picked up at our facility in Hyattsville, MD. For these orders we need orders to be placed 24 hours in advanced of expected pick up date. Pick ups are only available Monday–Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. If you need outside hours please contact customerservice@topqualitydogfood.com to make an appointment. Appointments need to be made 72 hours before your expected pick up so we can schedule in outside hours.

COVID-19 DELIVERY PROTOCOL

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to your pickup. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this will give us extra time to implement added safety protocols at each stop.
  • We will be leaving 5 minutes after your designated pickup time. We will not be calling anyone, waiting 15 minutes, or leaving any cases behind. We must do this to ensure we arrive on time to our following stops. Waiting the extra 15 minutes will delay our route for others.
  • Stay in your car. The drivers will approach your vehicle from a distance to get your name. Please roll down your window and tell the driver your name, pop your trunk, and our staff will load your vehicle. The driver will take care of 5 cars at a time, so please be patient. We will operate as a drive through window. As the line moves, move your car closer.
  • If you are sick, please stay home. We can ship your order via UPS the following week. Our drivers have been told to not help individuals that are showing signs of sickness. If you are sick or think you may be sick and come to pick up, you are putting everyone at risk. So please, STAY HOME!
  • Do not gather in groups and keep your distance from others.
