How Does Delivery Work?

Home Delivery with UPS.

We can ship anywhere in the continental US. We use shipping coolers, added insulation and ice packs to keep the product frozen during transit. We recommend getting 60 pounds of product for the best shipping rates. Even though we recommend 60 pounds this does not mean you have to purchase 60 pounds--we will ship as little or as much as you want. The 60 pound recommendation works best with ground products. Please note, whole products take up more space in a cooler. As a result, 60 pounds of whole product may require multiple coolers to ship.

To choose home delivery, on the checkout page select UPS. There are three options with UPS: Ground Service, 3-Day, and Next Day Air. There is no flat rate with UPS shipping. All UPS shipping is weight based and all shipping charges are transferred to customer.

Meeting Us At Our Delivery Points.

We have delivery routes to the northern east coast. Our deliveries take place on the weekend and are always at our preset locations. You can find these locations by CLICKING HERE. The locations are filtered by state and have links for directions. Keep in mind, our delivery routes are best for customers who live in the northeastern coast. If you are located elsewhere, UPS shipping is best for you.

To choose a pick up location on checkout you must be in the correct customer group. For example, if you are in customer group New England you cannot choose a pick up location in New Jersey.

At the place of pick up the driver will first collect payments. We accept check, cash and credit/debit card payments. If you are paying by cash you must place money in a sealed envelope with your name and invoice number on it. We will turn down loose cash payments. If you are paying by check, please place invoice number on memo field.

After payments are collected the driver will start to unload the pallet(s). As the driver unloads each pallet he/she will shout out the name of each box. Please listen for your name to be called. Once your name is called the driver will load your vehicle with all of your cases. Please pay attention to the labels on the box. Each case is labeled with the customer name, location, and number of cases being received. If your label says 1 Cs that means you are getting one case. If it say 1 of 4 that means you are getting four cases and that box is one of the four being received. We love your help with taking your cases to your vehicle but we will always do our best to personally hand each case to your vehicle.

Please contact us at customerservice@topqualitydogfood.com with all questions and comments. Due to our tight schedules the drivers do not have much time to answer all questions and comments about billing or products.
